General Practice ONLY, please refer using SCI Gateway form.
For Secondary Care ONLY, please use Order Comms for all Non Routine Referrals.
If your service does not support SCI Gateway or Order Comms please contact gram.vaccineenquiries@nhs.scot to access non-routine referral. The information regarding the use of Order Comms is also now on Grampian Guidance
